Highlights of 2023: A Year in Review

THE YEAR 2023 HELD NUMEROUS MEMORABLE EVENTS FOR US. LET'S REVIEW THE OUTSTANDING HAPPENINGS OF THE PAST YEAR, WHERE WE SHOWCASED OUR NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND INNOVATIONS.

Space-Fit Innovation Development

The most significant development project of the year was Space-Fit, which developed a special electrical muscle stimulation technical wear for astronauts returning from space missions.

Thrilled to announce that Space-Fit has emerged as a standout finalist in the prestigious New Space Global Challenge hosted by ESA! Our cutting-edge WB-EMS SmartWear concept took center stage at the Paris Air Show on June 22, 2023, captivating space aficionados and investors alike. The event was a resounding success, filled with engaging discussions with global luminaries in the space industry.

But that's not all—Space-Fit was honored with an exclusive invitation to the ESA-ESTEC conference in the Netherlands from May 22-24, 2023. What a fantastic opportunity it was to showcase our groundbreaking Space-Fit SmartWear to an enthusiastic audience of esteemed space experts. We're excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and grateful for the chance to make waves in the space industry!

The project was again showcased in September at the European Space Agency's ESA Network event, where our sales director, Roland Meszter, represented Space-Fit Ltd. During the presentation, the team had the opportunity to build further connections with leaders of the Hungarian industry.

VI. Sport and Innovation Conference (October)

The main theme of the event held at the Hungarian University of Physical Education and Sports Science was "Innovative methods in coaches' training." We participated as exhibitors with E-Fit, showcasing the EMS technology, which aroused great interest among the students of the University. At the conference, we also discussed rehabilitation applications, providing an opportunity for professional dialogue and experience exchange.

Plastic Aesthetic Info Day & Expo (October)

In October, we attended the Plastic Aesthetic Info Day & Expo, where we introduced the E-Fit Beauty&Slim device. The event focused on the latest trends in aesthetic interventions and treatments, where visitors could meet more than 70 doctors and professionals in person, and learn about the latest plastic and aesthetic procedures.

The event featured lectures, treatment demonstrations, experiential programs, and various offers, providing participants with a comprehensive picture of the current possibilities in beauty care. At the E-Fit stand, the focus was on the importance of EMS treatment, especially in post-surgical regeneration and muscle mass maintenance. We highlighted that physical exercise is not recommended for a longer period after most interventions, but EMS treatments can prevent muscle degradation, increase skin tightness and metabolism, thus accelerating the healing process as well.

Eszterházy Károly Catholic University Sports Day (November)

Here, we presented the revolutionary possibilities of EMS technology, generating great interest among students and instructors. This day not only served to popularize EMS technology but also proved that innovative training approaches have their place in university communities.

E-Fit Event (December)

We closed the year with an E-Fit event held at the Hotel Van Der Valk Beveren in Belgium, where we introduced our new products for 2024: the Light Wear technical suit (Space-Fit) and the E-Fit Ultima Shape and Face products. The participants were eagerly anticipating our presentation, which was a highlight of the event for many.

It was a pleasure to meet with E-Fit salon owners, with whom we have been collaborating for 8-10, and in some cases 12 years. We would like to highlight our excellent distributors, Annelies and Virgil, to whom we congratulate for the great work over the past years and the well-organized event with nearly 130 participants.

We are grateful for the opportunities of 2023 and eagerly look forward to 2024, including participation in the FIBO exhibition in April. We will come back soon with more information!
